Front Cover Dude Im bigger than the pussy alright?

Well it had to happen sometime. Matt's Models finally goes to DVD.

After we won some awards last year I started receiving phone calls from some of the more well known Adult Entertainment companies, several known mainly for their magazines or DVD's.

To make a long story short. At the time I was looking for a distributor for a Matt's Models line of DVD's. One of the calls I got was from Steven Hirsch, co-founder and co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment Group.

He made me an offer - I accepted.

In deciding to go with Vivid, these are some of the things I considered:

Steven is responsible for turning a small backdoor porn business into a multi million dollar company. Vivid is also greatly responsible for bringing porno into the mainstream. I remember driving down Sunset Blvd and seeing a Vivid billboard . I remember thinking "wow porn is going mainstream". Ask the average person on the street about a million adult websites and they haven't heard of one, but ask them if they've heard of Vivid Video and you will often get a "yes".

Steven is an "all business and no bullshit" type of person. I like his concepts of branding and keeping the porn industry clean. In the 8 years I've run Matt's Models I've never shot or produced anything I thought was harmful or degrading to people. I've always stuck to my own limits and believe Vivid has done the same, regardless of what rediculous niche other adult companies might be trying to fulfill. This was an important factor for me.

Here's the skinny on my new line of DVD's.

My DVD's include a little old, a little new, girls who came and disappeared and girls who went on to become bigger stars. The cool thing is all footage has been re-edited to DVD from the original raw tapes so you can watch the scenes on your big ass TV screen at home! Also Vivid did some really tight stuff with the graphics, editing and music!

A little anecdote to the whole Vivid DVD deal is the fact that they decided to put my mug on both the front and back covers! I was telling my friends it just cracks me up to see my photo LARGER than the models photos and I hope customers dont pass it off as a gay title! ha ha ha!
